大家下午好！我叫xx，原来在xx小学工作，近几年来一直从事小学英语的教学，今年因工作调动，调整到我们xx小学工作，我感到非常的高兴，同时，也非常感谢我们学校领导能给我这样一次展示自我、成就自我的机会。我今天我竞聘的岗位是三、四年级的英语教学。
首先我说一下自己的基本情况和工作业绩：我xx年毕业于xx师专数学系，后分配到xx中学从事数学教学，xx年开始改教初中英语，xx年因身体状况，调入小学从事小学英语教学至今，xx年自考大学本科毕业，xx年被评为中学一级教师。
自工作以来，我一直兢兢业业，勤奋工作，所教科目成绩一直据全镇前列，特别是近几年来从事小学英语教学，所教班级多次获得全镇第一名，个人也多次被评为镇教育先进工作者、优秀教师，区优秀教师，个人年考核优秀等次的荣誉称号，并有多篇论文在市级报纸发表。
下面我谈一下，我竞聘英语教师的几个优势和条件：
1。有良好的师德
我为人处事的原则是：老老实实做人，认认真真工作，开开心心生活。自己一贯注重个人品德素质的培养，努力做到尊重领导，团结同志，工作负责，办事公道，不计较个人得失，对工作对同志有公心，爱心，平常心和宽容心。自从参加工作以来，我首先在师德上严格要求自己，要做一个合格的人民教师！认真学习和领会上级教育主管部门的文件精神，与时俱进，爱岗敬业，为人师表，热爱学生，尊重学生，争取让每个学生都能享受到最好的教育，都能有不同程度的发

从选择教师这门职业的第一天起，我最大的心愿就是做一名受学生欢迎的好老师，为了这个心愿，我一直在不懈努力着。要求自己做到牢固掌握本学科的基本理论知识。
熟悉相关学科的文化知识，不断更新知识结构，精通业务，精心施教，把握好教学的难点重点，认真探索教学规律，钻研教学艺术，努力形成自己的教学特色。我的教学风格和教学效果普遍受到学生的认可和欢迎。

as we know, you have to learn how to fly much more independently instead of under your parents’ considerate protection when you get into college, which also means you will come across enormous questions that should be solved by yourself. from my point of view, those main problems can fall into three parts.
first of all, the complicated relationship. for one thing, you have to know how cultural differences function in your relationship and respect them. in addition, college students spend less time studying together owing to different courses’ choosing, which requires us to devote more energy to building relationship. for the other thing, it is also vital to communicate with your parents often by using mobile phones or other tools.
secondly, the temptations. the college serves us a more relaxed environment mixed with other temptations such as the internet, alcohols and so on. what’s more, the college teachers won’t compel you to study like before, you doze off or play cell phone in class, and you flee up the morning class because you get up too late. such too frequent behaviors will cripple your passion and enthusiasm towards life, so it is essential for us to resist these temptations and insist pursuing our own goals.
thirdly, the balance between study and work. most of us will choose to take a part time job to earn the extra money or just to exercise ourselves. but it is significant to keep a relatively balanced relationship between them since i always regard the study as our main task, so my principle is adjusting work to follow the schedule of study.
in conclusion, whatever issues we meet or miseries we suffer from, confront the hash reality head on, what we can do is remembering the past, living in the present and looking forward to the future.

一、春节的来历：
春节，是农历的岁首，春节的另一名称叫过年，是中国最盛大、最热闹、最重要的一个古老传统节日，也是中国人所独有的节日。是中华文明最集中的表现。自西汉以来，春节的习俗一直延续到今天。春节一般指除夕和正月初一。但在民间，传统意义上的春节是指从腊月初八的腊祭或腊月二十三或二十四的祭灶，一直到正月十五，其中以除夕和正月初一为高潮。如何过庆贺这个节日，在千百年的历史发展中，形成了一些较为固定的风俗习惯，有许多还相传至今。在春节这一传统节日期间，我国的汉族和大多数少数民族都有要举行各种庆祝活动，这些活动大多以祭祀神佛、祭奠祖先、除旧布新、迎禧接福、祈求丰年为主要内容。活动形式丰富多彩，带有浓郁的民族特色。 春节的`来历有一种传说，中国古时候有一种叫“年”的怪兽，头长触角，凶猛异常。“年”长年深居海底，每到除夕才爬上岸，吞食牲畜伤害人命。因此，每到除夕这天，村村寨寨的人们扶老携幼逃往深山，以躲避“年”兽的伤害。有一年除夕，从村外来了个乞讨的老人。乡亲们一片匆忙恐慌景象，只有村东头一位老婆婆给了老人些食物，并劝他快上山躲避“年”兽，那老人笑道：“婆婆若让我在家呆一夜，我一
定把?年?兽撵走。”老婆婆仍然继续劝说，乞讨老人笑而不语。 半夜时分，“年”兽闯进村。它发现村里气氛与往年不同：村东头老婆婆家，门贴大红纸，屋内烛火通明。“年”兽浑身一抖，怪叫了一声。将近门口时，院内突然传来“砰砰啪啪”的炸响声，“年”浑身战栗，再不敢往前凑了。原来，“年”最怕红色、火光和炸响。这时，婆婆的家门大开，只见院内一位身披红袍的老人在哈哈大笑。“年”大惊失色，狼狈逃蹿了。第二天是正月初一，避难回来的人们见村里安然无恙十分惊奇。这时，老婆婆才恍然大悟，赶忙向乡亲们述说了乞讨老人的许诺。这件事很快在周围村里传开了，人们都知道了驱赶“年”兽的办法。从此每年除夕，家家贴红对联、燃放爆竹；户户烛火通明、守更待岁。初一一大早，还要走亲串友道喜问好。这风俗越传越广，成了中国民间最隆重的传统节日。
二、春节的习俗
1、腊月二十三 祭灶
我国春节，一般是从祭灶揭开序幕的。祭灶，是一项在我国民间影响很大、流传极广的习俗。旧时，差不多家家灶间都设有“灶王爷”神位。
2、腊月二十四 扫尘
“腊月二十四，掸尘扫房子” ，据《吕氏春秋》记载，我国在尧舜时代就有春节扫尘的风俗。按民间的说法：因“尘”与“陈”谐音，新春扫尘有“除陈布新”的涵义，其用意是要把一切穷运、晦气统统扫出门。这一习俗寄托着人们破旧立新的愿望和辞旧迎新的祈求。 每逢春节来临，家家户户都要打扫环境，清洗各种器具，拆洗被褥窗帘，洒扫
六闾庭院，掸拂尘垢蛛网，疏浚明渠暗沟。到处洋溢着欢欢喜喜搞卫生、干干净净迎新春的欢乐气氛。
3、腊月二十五 接玉皇
旧俗认为灶神上天后，天帝玉皇于农历十二月二十五日亲自下界,查察人间善恶，并定来年祸福，所以家家祭之以祈福，称为“接玉皇”。这一天起居、言语都要谨慎，争取好表现，以博取玉皇欢心，降福来年。
4、腊月二十七、二十八 洗浴
传统民俗中在这两天要集中地洗澡、洗衣，除去一年的晦气，准备迎接来年的新春，京城有"二十七洗疚疾，二十八洗邋遢"的谚语。腊月二十六洗浴为“洗福禄”。
5、腊月三十除夕 贴门神、贴春联、守岁、爆竹、吃年夜饭、给压岁钱、祭祖
除夕的意思是“月穷岁尽”，人们都要除旧部新，有旧岁至此而除，来年另换新岁的意思，是农历全年最后的一个晚上。故此期间的活动都围绕着除旧部新，消灾祈福为中心。
春联、贴福字、贴窗花、贴年画、贴挂千。这些都具有祈福、装点居所的民俗功能。反映了人民大众的风俗和信仰，寄托着人们对未来的希望。
守岁，我国民间在除夕有守岁的习惯，俗名“熬年”。守岁从吃年夜饭开始，这顿年夜饭要慢慢地吃，从掌灯时分入席，有的人家一直要吃到深夜。守岁的习俗，既有对如水逝去的岁月含惜别留恋之情，又有
对来临的新年寄以美好希望之意。
爆竹，中国民间有“开门爆竹”一说。即在新的一年到来之际，家家户户开门的第一件事就是燃放爆竹，以哔哔叭叭的爆竹声除旧迎新。爆竹是中国特产，其起源很早，至今已有两千多年的历史。放爆竹可以创造出喜庆热闹的气氛，是节日的一种娱乐活动，可以给人们带来欢愉和吉利。王安石的《元日》诗：
爆竹声中一岁除，
春风送暖人屠苏。
千门万户曈曈日。
总把新桃换旧符。
描绘了我国人民欢度春节盛大的喜庆情景。
在古代的农业社会里，大约自腊月初八以后，家庭主妇们就要忙着张罗过年的食品了。因为腌制腊味所需的时间较长，所以必须尽早准备，蒸年糕，年糕因为谐音“年高”，再加上有着变化多端的口味，几乎成了家家必备的应景食品。年糕的式样有方块状的黄、白年糕，象征着黄金、白银，寄寓新年发财的意思。年糕的口味因地而异。
饺子，北方年夜饭有吃饺子的传统，但各地吃饺子的习俗亦不相同，有的地方除夕之夜吃饺子，有的地方初一吃饺子，吃饺子是表达人们辞旧迎新之际祈福求吉愿望的特有方式。饺子就意味着更岁交子，过春节吃饺子被认为是大吉大利。另外饺子形状像元宝，包饺子意味着包住福运，吃饺子象征生活富裕。
吃年夜饭，也叫团圆夜，离家在外的游子都要不远千里万里赶回家来
是春节家家户户最热闹愉快的时候。大年夜．丰盛的年菜摆满一桌，围坐桌旁，共吃团圆饭，心头的充实感真是难以言喻。
给压岁钱，压岁钱是由长辈发给晚辈的，有的家里是吃完年夜饭后，人人坐在桌旁不许走，等大家都吃完了，由长辈发给晚辈，并勉励儿孙在在新的一年里学习长进，好好做人。
6、正月初一 拜年
春节早晨，开门大吉，先放爆竹，叫做“开门炮仗”。爆竹声后，碎红满地，灿若云锦，称为“满堂红”。这时满街瑞气，喜气洋洋。 春节里的一项重要活动，是到新朋好友家和邻那里祝贺新春，旧称拜年。新年的初一，人们都早早起来，穿上最漂亮的衣服，打扮得整整齐齐，出门去走亲访友，相互拜年，恭祝来年大吉大利。拜年的方式多种多样，有的是同族长带领若干人挨家挨户地拜年；有的是同事相邀几个人去拜年；也有大家聚在一起相互祝贺，称为“团拜”。由于登门拜年费时费力，后来一些上层人物和士大夫便使用各贴相互投贺，由此发展出来后来的“贺年片”。春节拜年时，晚辈要先给长辈拜年，祝长辈人长寿安康，长辈可将事先准备好的压岁钱分给晚辈，据说压岁钱可以压住邪祟，因为“岁”与“祟”谐音，晚辈得到压岁钱就可以平平安安度过一岁。
7、舞龙
舞龙，又名「耍龙灯」、「龙灯舞」，是汉民族传统的舞蹈形式之一。每逢喜庆节日，各地都有舞龙的习俗。

如何充分发挥小学英语在实现教育目标中的功能，从而体现小学英语在整个课程中的地位和作用，是小学英语教学必须重视的问题。英语学习的启蒙阶段是非常重要的，教学的成功与否将对学生的终身学习产生深远影响。小学开设英语课程的目的在于培养学生学习英语的积极情感，形成初步的英语语感，打好语音、语调的基础，具备用所学英语进行交流的初级能力。通过英语课程的学习，丰富社会生活经历、开拓视野、树立学习的自信心。为此在实际教学中我们要求广大教师积极实践和探索，在教学目标、课程实施、教学方法、教学评价等方面做到层层推进。在实践过程中应该明确以下几点：

二、创设良好的语言学习环境，扩展英语教学的时空。
⒈灵活安排教学组织和课堂，以学生为主体，充分调动学生的积极性，开展两人小组、多人小组、成行、成排、半班等多种形式的活动。这是小学英语教学的重要特点之一。只有开展这些活动才能使每一个学生充分地参与课堂实践，才能体现出语言的交际性，才能实现师生之间和学生之间的互动性。课堂上课桌椅的摆放形式根据教学的需要采用不同的方式——秧田式、半圆式、全圆式、双圆式等，目的是为了更好地开展各种教学活动。这样做可以促进师生之间的情感交流，而且可以帮助学生培养起互相关心，合作的团队精神。
⒉采用多种媒体的现代化教学手段，创设良好的语言环境和充分的语言实践机会，优化。利用英语教学音像资源——图画、图表、投影、录音、录像、cd、vcd、dvd等，不仅能为学生提供规范的语音、语调，还可以提供真实自然的语言使用的示范，即语言使用的场合、时间、对象等，而且还有体态语——手势、动作、表情等的示范。多种媒体的运用使教学变得生动、形象、活泼，感染力强，容易激发学生兴趣，引起有意注意，加深印象，帮助学生持久记忆。充分利用现代化教学手段，可以超越时间和空间的限制，使学生置身于以英语为母语的环境中，体验英语的实际运用。的`使用可以使教学过程程序化，大大提高教学的效率，这一点对我们课时少的小学英语课尤为重要。

三、努力总结和发现问题，及时调整。
在实际教学过程中，教师应积极实践，不断探索，针对实际工作中出现的问题和学生身心特点，总结规律，认真思考，不断摸索。尤其是在中教师应具备良好的应变机制。①学习过程要有趣味性、有意义，要有利于激发学生主动参与的欲望。②善于利用学生的生活体验，通过让学生交流，使他们对所学语言产生亲切感，从而激发学习动机。及时、正确地给予评价激发学生的成就感，从而产生学习的新动力。常常采用师生问答形式，学生感到枯燥、厌烦。教师让学生与长毛绒动物握手交流，学生兴趣倍增。
四、认真进行质量监控、积极推进评价改革

I learnt a lot from my daddy. i learnt to never take things to seriously and to always smile.
Like many other fathers, my dad and i also has generation gap. he is not good at or even can’t work the computer. so when i sitting at the computer desk,he will say something like ‘you should pay more attention to your study’， ‘don’t waste time on the computer games’ , ‘it will be bad for your eyes’ and so on. how can i- a computer fan – reduce time on computer? so i continue studying and playing on it

The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region occupies an area of 1.18 million square kilometers and has a population of about 20 million people who represent a score of different nationalities. Every time when people talk about Inner Mongolia, they’ll come down to the vast grassland. Yes, the Inner Mongolian prairie area makes up a quarter of the total grassland area of the country. On the boundless expanse of the Inner Mongolian prairie are living numerous sheep, Cattle and horses, on which our Mongolian have lived for generations. That is why the grassland is eulogized as ―cradle of life‖.
There are two vast grasslands in my hometown—Hulun Buir Grasslands and Xilin Gol Grasslands which are both world-famous regions. People in Inner Mongolia are famous for their bravery, enthusiasm and hospitality. No mater where you are from, as long as you come to a herdsman’s house, you will be warmly entertained with roasted whole lamb and milk tea, and what’s more, you can also appreciate beautiful Mongolian songs and elegant dances. This years four hundredth anniversary of the death of William Shakespeare is not just an opportunity to commemorate one of the greatest playwrights of all time. It is a moment to celebrate the extraordinary ongoing influence of a man who C to borrow from his own description of Julius Caesar C "doth bestride the narrow world like a Colossus."
Shakespeares legacy is without parallel: his works translated into over 100 languages and studied by half the worlds schoolchildren. As one of his contemporaries, Ben Jonson, said: "Shakespeare is not of an age, but for all time." He lives today in our language, our culture and society C and through his enduring influence on education.
Shakespeare played a critical role in shaping modern English and helping to make it the worlds language. The first major dictionary compiled by Samuel Johnson drew on Shakespeare more than any other writer. Three thousand new words and phrases all first appeared in print in Shakespeares plays. I remember from my own childhood how many of them are found for the first time in Henry V. Words like dishearten, divest, addiction, motionless, leapfrog C and phrases like "once more unto the breach", "band of brothers" and "heart of gold" C have all passed into our language today with no need to reference their original context. Shakespeare also pioneered innovative use of grammatical form and structure C including verse without rhymes, superlatives and the connecting of existing words to make new words, like bloodstained C while the pre-eminence of his plays also did much to standardise spelling and grammar.
But Shakespeares influence is felt far beyond our language. His words, his plots and his characters continue to inspire much of our culture and wider society. Nelson Mandela, while a prisoner on Robben Island, cherished a quote from Julius Caesar which said "Cowards die many times before their death, the valiant never taste of death but once." While Kate Tempests poem "My Shakespeare" captures the eternal presence of Shakespeare when she wrote that Shakespeare "…is in every lover who ever stood alone beneath a window…every jealous whispered word and every ghost that will not rest." Shakespeares influence is everywhere, from Dickens and Goethe to Tchaikovsky, Verdi and Brahms; from West Side Story to the Hamlet-inspired title of Agatha Christies "The Mousetrap" C the longest-running theatre production in Londons West End today. While his original plays continue to entertain millions C from school halls across the world to the overnight queues as hundreds scrambled for last minute tickets to see Benedict Cumberbatch playing Hamlet at Londons Barbican last year.
But perhaps one of the most exciting legacies of Shakespeare is his capacity to educate. As we see from the outreach work of the Royal Shakespeare Company and Shakespeares Globe and the impact of pioneering British charities like the Shakespeare Schools Festival, studying and performing Shakespeare can help improve literacy, confidence and wider educational attainment.
Every day throughout 20xx, Britain is inviting you to join us in celebrating the life and legacy of William Shakespeare. 以上所述情况，是我竞聘英语教师的优势条件，假如我有幸竞聘上岗，这些优势条件将有助于我更好的开展英语教学工作。
如果我有幸竞聘成功，能担任三四年级英语教师的话，我将从以下方面开展工作。
一是认真贯彻执行党的教育路线、方针、政策和学校的各项决定，加强学习，积极进取，求真务实，开拓创新，不断提高自己的综合素质、创新能力，用自己的勤奋加智慧，完成好教学任务。使我校的英语教学上一个大的台阶。
二是做一个科研型的教师。教师的从教之日，正是重新学习之时。新时代要求教师具备的不只是操作技巧，还要有直面新情况、分析新问题、解决新矛盾的本领。进行目标明确、有针对性解决我校的英语教学难题。
做一个理念新的教师
目前，新一轮的基础教育改革早已在我市全面推开，作为新课改的实践者，要在认真学习新课程理念的基础上，结合自己所教的学科，积极探索有效的教学方法。大力改革教学，积极探索实施创新教学模式。把英语知识与学生的'生活相结合，为学生创设一个富有生活气息的真实的学习情境，同时注重学生的探究发现，引导学生在学习中学会合作交流，提高学习能力。
做一个富有爱心的老师
“不爱学生就教不好学生”，“爱学生就要爱每一个学生”。作为一名教师，要无私地奉献爱，处处播洒爱，使我的学生在爱的激励下，增强自信，勇于创新，不断进取，成长为撑起祖国一片蓝天的栋梁。用质朴的心爱护学生，用诚挚的情感染学生，用精湛的教学艺术熏陶学生，用忘我的工作态度影响学生。

每个人都有梦想，而且很好，我也不例外。我有一个小小的梦想，当我达到目标时，我会实现更多的梦想。开始，我还是个婴儿，一心想变得很强壮，像少林寺里的孩子一样，武功高强。但是我觉得离开父母去很远的地方练武，辛苦，有点舍不得。小时候，我有一个梦想，我希望我有钱。大人问：小姑娘，有了钱你打算怎么办？我要去买泡泡糖"如果你有很多钱？
我打算买很多泡泡糖。"如果你有钱花的`话？我会买泡泡糖工厂。"天真的童年我们的确有一颗善良的心，幸福和快乐是同一首曲子。
慢慢进入小学，课程越来越深，知识越来越多。会感受到压力。现在我有一个梦想。我希望我没有；我每天没有很多作业要做。玩的有点剥夺，而我们40%的日子都禁锢在教室里，很多时间都在学习。但是在学习面前，是一种模糊的知识。俗话说，一种罕见的困惑。对事物的理解，从封建主义到资本主义，越大越觉得自己的观点是正确的。每天放学回家后忙了一天一夜的课，他又困又累，吃不到深夜吃的食物。这样的生活很单调，可能有时候会想念我的很多小学同学，有时候会带着一节课或者一副朦胧的睡相。讨厌死板的校服，我从来不到处穿。周六，周日；时间很短，孩子很想磨炼，慢慢了解生活；太难了，努力吧，梦想好了，我会努力让每个人都生活起来，早起晚睡，把握住自己，不再松懈。我也想为他们的梦想而奋斗。

首先我说一下自己的基本情况和工作业绩：我xx年毕业于xx师专数学系，后分配到xx中学从事数学教学，xx年开始改教初中英语，xx年因身体状况，调入小学从事小学英语教学至今，xx年自考大学本科毕业，xx年被评为中学一级教师。
自工作以来，我一直兢兢业业，勤奋工作，所教科目成绩一直据全镇前列，特别是近几年来从事小学英语教学，所教班级多次获得全镇第一名，个人也多次被评为镇教育先进工作者、优秀教师，区优秀教师，个人年考核优秀等次的荣誉称号，并有多篇论文在市级报纸发表。
下面我谈一下，我竞聘英语教师的几个优势和条件：
1。有良好的师德
我为人处事的原则是：老老实实做人，认认真真工作，开开心心生活。自己一贯注重个人品德素质的培养，努力做到尊重领导，团结同志，工作负责，办事公道，不计较个人得失，对工作对同志有公心，爱心，平常心和宽容心。自从参加工作以来，我首先在师德上严格要求自己，要做一个合格的人民教师！认真学习和领会上级教育主管部门的文件精神，与时俱进，爱岗敬业，为人师表，热爱学生，尊重学生，争取让每个学生都能享受到最好的教育，都能有不同程度的发

We Are The World ,We Are The Future
Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.
We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. It’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. It’s the matter of the will. It’s the freshness of the deep spring of life.
A poet said “To see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. Several days ago, I had a chance to listen to a lecture. I learnt a lot there. I’d like to share it with all of you. Let’s show our right palms. We can see three lines that show how our love.career and life is. I have a short line of life. What about yours? I wondered whether we could see our future in this way. Well, let’s make a fist. Where is our future? Where is our love, career, and life? Tell me.Yeah, it is in our hands. It is held in ourselves.
We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself. Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We’ve learnt that we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn’t mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. Failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.
As what I said at the beginning, “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. The past has gone. Nothing we do will change it. But the future is in front of us. Believe that what we give to the world, the world will give to us. And from today on, let’s be the owners of ourselves, and speak out “We are the world, we are the future.”
