Good morning, everyone! My name is . I’m a student of Great 7 from middle school. I ’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech today. My topic is “I love English”.
English is now used everywhere in the world. It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. More and more people has begun to learn English now .
As for me, I love English soon when I began to learn it. I find the great beauty of English language from English songs, English stories and English book. Learning English makes me confident and give me a new colorful world.
I love English. I hope I can travel around the world one day. I want to go to America, I also want to go to London. If I can ride my bike in New York University, how happy I’ll be!
I love English. I hope I can make friends with many people from different countries. I will introduce China to them proudly in English, Such as Great Wall and the Summer Palace.
I know Rome was not built in a day. I believe that I can speak English very well one day if I can study hard. At that time, my dream will come ture.

So many people underestimate the power and importance of a smile，that simple little facial expression characterized by an upward curving of the corners of the mouth.
A smile has many meanings: pleasure，friendliness，welcome，amusement，and many more; and it is part of a universal body language that doesn’t need any extra interpretation.
Plus a smile，with all its simplcity and beauty，can be a very important factor in many aspects of our lives:
You fall in love with a new country you visit because its people greet you with a welcoming smile everywhere you go; other countries you just don’t like even though they might have more history，nature，entertainment and whatnot because their people don’t seem so friendly or accepting.
You feel like buying from a certain store when the vendor welcomes you in with a smile，sometimes even if you wouldn’t intially have bought anything; and in other stores，even though they have exactly what you need or better，you decide to walk away because the vendor doesn’t look welcoming at all.
You want to give a waiter a good tip when he serves you with a smile，even if the food turns out not that good; on the other hand，sometimes you’ll have some of the best food ever，but you won’t feel like giving the waiter a tip，even if you do，because he was grumpy.
More and more examples from our everyday life show how much a simple smile can change everything.
Forever engraved in my mind will be the smiling faces of the people of Thailand，the friendly pizza delivery boy，the welcoming supermarket vendor，the nice cashier at the bank，…etc.
It is these smiles that keep me wanting to go back，and that keep us all wanting to go back; looking at it from another view，if we break it down using business sense，a smile is one of the most effective means to generate sales and develop customer loyalty.
On top of all that，a smile is a very simple and easy thing to do，so it amazes why no one bothers to do it，it not only makes the person in front of you better，but it also makes you feel better as well，and I’m not making this up，it has been psychologically proven.
Personally，I’d like to see more smiling faces in this world; in the airports when I enter a new country，in companies，government agencies，restaurants，hotels，banks，everywhere; and I think it is up to governments to campaign about this，and even make it obligatory in certain important places like airports，hospitals，hotels…etc.

everyone has dreams about life, different dreams at different life stage,and we need dreams to support us. dreams are like the stars we never reach in the sky,but like most mariners(水手),we can chart our course by them. with the dream,we have a direction,with a direction, we were no longer the dream, there is hope,with hope, we have the strength to fight.
i have a dream: to be a doctor.，because doctor may relieve the pain of patients. may let the human change the health. at the same time, i believed that, those who help others may be able to obtain joyfully. therefore, i hoped in the near future ,i might be a doctor.
but i know，life is tough,and there are always ups and downs, maybe we fail in the way to our aims,and we may feel depressed ,whenever at this time, the dream in our heart can always comfort us, encourage us ,and support us to move ahead .

Every time I go in the busy streets,always see some throw on the ground of dazzling things:the packing bag of brightly colored,the crush cigarette end,didn't chew clean apple and roll into a mass of waste everyone so don't speak hygiene,our beautiful home will become what look like?Spring outing,a lot of students litter the lawn or on the road.I asked them:"you didn't bring garbage bags?" They a face of vacant:"bag is used to hold snacks,why put on garbage?" Look at these throw away rubbish inside and many didn't eat "many fish","but beak","chips",I feel very distressed,parents pay for what they love to eat,so let them throw?Before lunch,I go to the bathroom,he found a faucet of the "huahua" alone flow "tears"!Is everyone who so careless?And forgot to turn off the something says so:if it's not cherish water resources,then the earth up the last drops of water will is one of the y time the water think about this sentence,will also have to forget to turn off the tap?"Protecting the environment,is everybody's business." There is a kindness called smile Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen!
Today I’d like to share my personal experience of happiness and bitterness of being an English teacher. I remember, five years ago, when I stood at the teacher’s desk for the first time, maybe because I was too young, maybe because I was too inexperienced, the students in my class paid no attention to me, didn’t behave themselves at all. I felt ashamed and helpless.
In order to save my face, I just criticized the students seriously whenever they talked in class or even moved a little. I thought sooner or later, they would listen to me.
Yes, I could control the class now, but the students and the atmosphere became strange. No, they were not listening to me. It was too quiet. The breathless silence urged me to consider the way I was teaching.
Then 1 August 20xx, I got the chance to study the New Course of English. Until then could I realized that it was my frozen eyes that make the students flinch, it was my stiff face that trod out the enthusiasm in the children’s hearts. How to stimulate my class and show my warmth, so that they can enjoy their study in English? I had a deep thought.
It’s smile. There is a kindness called smile. It is the most beautiful language in the world. It can make distance no distance. “Just awake the students with a smiling face!”I said to myself. The next day, when I stood on the stage with a smiling face, when I asked the questions with a smile, when I encouraged the children in a friendly way, the students were just shocked!
But I could find there was more happiness and excitement in their eyes!
Gradually, they got used to it, and participated in my teaching. As I predicted, that class became a lovely one. I was moved, and said“Thank you for listening, boys and girls!”
In the following days, I keep on working even harder. I prepare my lessons carefully. I use Flash, pictures, riddles, and interesting stories to make great efforts to help the students to learn more. But I will never forget one thing: smile, give them a smile, to give them strength, to let them feel happy, to make them confident. The children do enjoy the English lesson now, when they tell me the answers in great excitement, I can feel their gladness, and my smile is more sincerely than ever!
There is kindness called smile. From the children’s yearning eyes, I understand, it is smile that makes my students and I get closer, it is smile that fills the kindness to my English class, it is smile that shapes me popular English teacher finally. That’s all. Thank you very much!
